FAQs

How many treatments are required to achieve the desired results?

Only one PrecisionTx is necessary to achieve the desired results. You’ll see some immediate results, but results won’t be final until at least three months. Of course there are exceptions to every rule, but unless there are very large areas that need to be treated, one procedure will provide excellent results.

How does PrecisionTx work?

The PrecisionTx treatment is performed by using a very small cannula (or tube about the size of the tip of a pen) inserted under the skin. A unique SideLaze800™ laser fiber inside the tube delivers energy directly under the skin. The precise SideLaze800 laser energy increases the depth and quality of your skin, while simultaneously disrupting selected areas of face under the chin and neck.

Can anyone have this treatment?

The best candidate for PrecisionTx are women and men who are not significantly overweight but have common signs of aging around the lower face and neck. A consultation with Dr Felice can provide you with the best information.

Does it hurt?

There is a little discomfort associated with the PrecisionTx treatment. Patients are treated with sedation or a local anesthetic. Patients may feel slight pressure or a warming sensation in and around the areas to be treated, but these are mild sensations.

Are there any side effects?

PrecisionTx is a minimally invasive procedure, therefore after the treatment there will be some swelling and a little soreness. However, since PrecisionTx is a minimally invasive laser procedure, incision sites are very small and there is a little bleeding during the procedure. Most patients are able to return to their normal activities in a few days.

I have tried everything to get rid of my sagging neck and wrinkles, how do I know PrecisionTx really works?

PrecisionTx is backed by two years of clinical research and cleared for use in the United Sates. Clinical data has proven PrecisionTx treatments can increase the thickness of the skin by 29%, while disrupting areas of fat and tightening tissue¹. Thicker skin with diminished pockets of fat can help flatten and smooth the skin’s surface therefore improving the appearance of the lower face and neck. In addition, patients surveyed during a recent clinical study were satisfied or very satisfied with their results after their procedure, and all would recommend the PrecisionTx treatment to a friend.
