Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
How To Return An Item
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call the office to request a refund.
2. Mail or bring in your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items that may be returned are limited to SkinMedica skin care products. Products will not be accepted for return if less than 75% is remaining in the original tube or jar or if the product has expired.
You may exchange your product for a different item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping if applicable.
