Non-Surgical Services

At Dr. Felice's Youthful Images we understand that plastic surgery, as well as non-surgical cosmetic procedures is a personal decision that cannot be rushed. During a cosmetic consultation our patients have the opportunity to ask questions, see patient pictures and review the consent forms. Whenever possible, we provide our patients the chance to speak with patients who have had the same procedure performed.

Dr. Felice's Youthful Images of Connecticut offer a full range of services; including the LightSheer Diode Laser Hair Removal System, the BioMedic MicroPeel^®, and the Parisian Peel^® Medical Microdermabrasion System as well as a full line of home care products.

Dr. Felice's Youthful Images of Connecticut introduced a complete clinical skincare in response to many requests for services designed to effectively treat and maintain the skin.   Under the guidance of Dr. Felice, our registered nurses offer a variety of services in our clinical setting. Many of these services utilize procedures available only through a physician’s office.

At your consultation, the nurse will review your medical history and discuss your concerns and expectations to determine with Dr. Felice, if you are a candidate for treatment. The appropriate treatment program and your options for home-care products will then be fully explained.

Laser Procedures

Lasers have introduced a technology that enables us to treat a wide variety of problems with a minimal risk of scarring. The laser is a high intensity light specific for the color wavelength that is being treated. For example, the Vasculight and Photoderm are good for the red color tones which make them ideal for spider veins on the legs, telangiectasias of the cheeks and nose and hemangiomas (little berry-like lesions on the skin).

Before the advent of lasers most of the treatment methods involved surgical excision or dermabrasion techniques and resulted in visible scarring. The laser allows the ability to treat an area with relatively little pain and minimizes scarring.
