**After turning on to Route 218/Cottage Grove Road, follow past Copaco Plaza on the left. 580 Corporate Crossing is on the right, about one-half mile past the plaza. Drive around to the side parking lot - our private entrance is located on the side of the building (next to the light post),  Suite 103.

Full payment is expected at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept personal checks, cash and all major credit cards. We also have multiple financing options.
